I've been making tattoos in the Portland area since 2006, and making art in the Pacific Northwest my whole life. I grew up on the Puget Sound, inspired by everything from lowbrow skateboard imagery to classical art and architecture to the astoundingly beautiful scenery I was surrounded by. I moved to Portland to study tattooing and further my art in the early 2000s, and while I've been lucky enough to tattoo all over the world since then, Portland has always been home base and will always have my heart. I enjoy being well-rounded and pride myself on being able to tackle nearly any project that comes across my plate, but my focus remains on realistic black and grey work. I also very much enjoy working in traditional japanese work, comic book inspired illustrative work, and lettering. I am happy to bring your existing idea or design to life, or starting from scratch with nothing but a vague idea and creating something one of a kind that will still read well from across the room after decades.
